Repair process

Reach out to us when you notice that a unit is defective. We will try to assist you and find out if the unit has to be returned for repair. If a unit has to be returned, we will send you a return order (and specify if repair is under warranty or not). After what, you can ship it back to us. After receiving the unit, we will send you a quote and lead time for repair and ship it back to you once repaired.

Repair under warranty

All our sensors are sold under 2 years warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair free of charge the defective units returned to us. Warranty does not cover damages caused by alteration, mishandling, accidents or in case of failure of following our instructions manual.

Non warranty repair

For damages which do not fall under warranty agreement, or occur after warranty period, we will send you a quote and lead time for repair after receiving and assessing the damaged unit.
